Here we go! It's the letter M!
Day1:
Masks! Grace really really liked this activity. She wanted to work and work and work on her mask.
I think the final product looks pretty good. And my favorite part was the first thing she drew. See the red dot in the middle of the forehead? That would be a chicken pox scar. Just like mom. ;-)
Day 2:
Maps.
I really was a little surprised that this was such a hit. We worked together to draw maps of our room. Then one person would hide a toy and mark it's location with an X on the map. Then the other person would try to find the toy by using the map. Grace seriously had SO much fun doing this. We even kept doing it after Jack woke up from his nap.
Days 3&4:
ME!
You know you love love loved this project as a kid! Grace really had a good time as well. She liked it so much that we worked on it for two days.
This really was one of our best weeks ever. The activities were not fancy and we never even used paint! But Grace loved all the things we did and we had a great time. I also think she is much more confident in her knowledge of the letter M now.
